A. Kimberly Hoffman, a partner with Morris James, was elected to the Delaware Business Roundtable executive committee, the firm announced.
She began serving on the roundtable, which seeks to enhance the quality of life in Delaware, over five years ago.
Hoffman is a member of Morris James' real estate group and chairs the firm's regulatory and legislative practice. She represents businesses and high-net-worth individuals in matters related to strategic planning, legislation, documentation and formal proceedings before various courts and agencies.
In addition to being admitted to practice in Delaware, Hoffman is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia.
