Cooch and Taylor announced that attorneys Jeffrey S. Goddess and Carmella P. Keener joined the firm as directors.
Goddess focuses his practice on contract, business and intra-entity disputes and trust disputes. He primarily handles trial work and also acts as liaison counsel to out-of-town counsel handling local cases. Earlier in his career, Goddess served as Wilmington city solicitor.
Keener focuses her practice on corporate and commercial litigation, handling class and derivative litigation pending before the Delaware Court of Chancery on behalf of stockholders. Her experience includes a stint as a judicial law clerk in the Delaware Superior Court.
