Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman announced that it brought on three new attorneys to its Wilmington office.
Sally J. Daugherty joins as senior counsel in the firm's commercial litigation, construction and labor and employment groups, Stephen A. Venzie joins as counsel in the construction group, and Brionna L. Denby joins as an associate in the government law and regulatory affairs, internal investigations, Title IX and scientific misconduct groups.
Daugherty focuses her practice on business disputes, employment and labor matters, finance and securitization, and business best practices.
Venzie advises clients in construction-related disputes.
Denby represents clients facing allegations of wrongdoing.
