The Delaware State Bar Association is slated to host a seminar titled "The Basics of Defending a Residential Eviction Action 2020," according to the DSBA website.

The course is set to be held at 1 p.m. April 12 via Zoom videoconference. 

The course will be free, and attendees can earn 2.0 CLE credits (Pennsylvania credit is not available). 

The program will address basic elements of landlord-tenant issues such as landlord and tenant rights and obligations, summary possession and common defenses. It will also deal with representing tenants pro bono in situations such as residential evictions.
