Joy Barrist and Matt O'Toole, partners at Potter Anderson & Corroon, are slated to speak on a panel at the virtual 32nd RPTE National CLE Conference, an event hosted by the American Bar Association real property, trust and estate law section. 

According to Potter Anderson's website, the panel will discuss matters such as common-law trusts, legal opinions on Delaware entities, litigation against opinion givers, and unreasonable opinion requests and comments.

Barrist focuses his practice on commercial real estate law, particularly handling finance, acquisition, sale, lease and development of multimillion-dollar real estate projects.

O'Toole chairs the firm's business group and handles corporate and commercial transactions.
