The Delaware State Bar Association trusts and estates section is slated to host a webinar titled "When the Ink Must Be Wet: Strategies in Adapting to COVID-19 for Wills, Trusts and Contracts" from 10 to 11:45 a.m. Friday. The webinar will be held via Zoom.
The program will address how lawyers and firms can strategize and monitor risks for adapting wills, trusts and contracts to COVID-19.
Douglas J. Cummings Jr of Kollias Law and Charles J. Durante of Connolly Gallagher are set to be the program's panelists.
