The Delaware State Bar Association e-discovery and technology section is slated to host a webinar titled "What Delaware Lawyers Need to Know About Privacy Law" from 10 a.m. to noon June 22. The program will be held via Zoom.
The webinar will address the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act and how they may affect a lawyer's clients. It will also address how CCPA regulations may extend beyond California and how law firms can comply with privacy guidelines.
James H.S. Levine of Pepper Hamilton will serve as moderator, and Potter Anderson & Corroon's William R. Denny, Pepper Hamilton's Angelo A. Stio III and the Delaware Department of Justice's Christian Douglas Wright will serve as panelists.
