Wilmington-based McCollom D'Emilio Smith Uebler announced that Joseph Christensen is now a partner with the firm. Prior to the promotion, he served as counsel.
Christensen handles corporate litigation and transactions for clients including directors, officers, shareholders, public and private companies, and activists.
He primarily focuses on Delaware corporate and alternative entity law matters, including post-closing disputes over purchase agreements, fiduciary duty litigation and statutory proceedings.
He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law and is admitted to practice in Delaware and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
