Potter Anderson & Corroon announced that Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz Jr. appointed Clarissa Chenoweth-Shook, an associate with the firm, to the Delaware Bar Foundation board of directors. She is set to serve on the board for four years. 

Chenoweth-Shook focuses her practice on commercial and corporate litigation, representing both companies and individuals across Delaware's courts. She handles cases related to contract disputes, alternative entity disputes and business divorce.

Earlier in her career, Chenoweth-Shook clerked for Judges Joseph R. Slights III and Charles E. Butler of the Delaware Superior Court. 

In addition to the Delaware Bar Foundation, Chenoweth-Shook is a member of the American and Delaware State bar associations and serves on the executive committee of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
