The Delaware State Bar Association workers' compensation law section is sponsoring a webinar titled "Virtual Hearings Before the Board and Discovery, DMEs and Practical Reminders During the COVID-19 Crisis," according to the DSBA website.
The program is scheduled to be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. July 29 via Zoom. It will address the practicality of virtual hearings and strategies to make them work.
Andrew John Carmine of Elzufon Austin & Mondell and Stephen T. Morrow of Rhoades & Morrow will speak on "virtual hearings," and Tiffany Quell Friedman of Roeberg Moore & Friedman and Cassandra Faline Roberts of Elzufon Austin will discuss "The Three D's: Discovery, DMEs and Depositions."
