Brent C. Shaffer, a commercial real estate partner at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, was named a fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, the firm announced. He is now one of six Delaware attorneys named to the organization.
The ACMA consists of North American mortgage law attorneys who are active their field.
Shaffer assists clients with commercial real estate transactions related to loans, affordable housing, commercial leases and community and condominium association laws and documentation.
He is involved with the American Bar Association section of real property, trust and estate law and is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association real property, planning and zoning section.
