VoiceAge EVS LLC filed a patent infringement case against Apple Inc. last week, bringing the audio technology company’s total number of pending cases in the District of Delaware to four.

VoiceAge accused Apple of infringing on five patents by distributing the iPhone 11 and other devices that use its low-bit rate speech and audio compression technology when used with a wireless carrier that supports that technology.
