Delaware's courts plan to resume jury trials in October, more than six months after they were halted, the Delaware Supreme Court announced Friday.
A modified third phase of the judiciary's four-phase reopening plan will also allow for 75% capacity of court facilities and staffing, up from 50% in the the second phase. Friday's Supreme Court order also extended the state of judicial emergency again to Oct. 5.
