Shaun Michael Kelly rejoined Connolly Gallagher after working at the Delaware Department of Justice, according to an announcement from the firm.
Kelly will serve as partner in the firm's Delaware business, commercial and corporate litigation group, where he served as an associate earlier in his career. His clients include large and midsize businesses, which he represents in corporate and commercial litigation.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
