The event is scheduled to be held Thursday, with remarks from the Delaware Bar Foundation beginning at 11:45 a.m. and the CLE seminar held from noon to 2 p.m.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
