A stockholder has sued Intel Corp. over its claims that the company's latest computer chip would be ready a year before it could possibly be finished.

In a derivative complaint filed Tuesday in the District of Delaware, stockholder Edith Liss, represented by P. Bradford DeLeeuw of DeLeeuw Law, asked for a jury to determine Intel's CEO, CFO, chief engineering officer and eight board members failure to disclose information about the status of the chip's development damaged her and other shareholders.
