Delaware Senate Democrats Set Sights on Enabling Expungement of Criminal Records
Committee Chair Darius Brown, D-Wilmington, said he plans to introduce the Clean Slate Act this year, which would automate expungements of certain criminal convictions with the goal of keeping criminal records from standing in the way of people's employment.
