Connolly Gallagher partner Matthew Boyer is slated to moderate the Delaware State Bar Association 26th annual Rubenstein-Walsh seminar on Ethics and Professionalism, according to an announcement from the firm.
The program is scheduled to be held from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Feb. 12. Judge Mary M. Johnston of the Delaware Superior Court and U.S. District Judge Sherry R. Fallon of the District of Delaware will also serve as moderators.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
