Grant & Eisenhofer added Kyle McGee, the head of the firm's environmental litigation group, to its executive committee, according to an announcement from the firm.
McGee initially joined the firm in 2009. He represents sovereign and public entities in cases related to consumer protection. He has experience leading litigation against polluters and manufacturers of toxic industrial contaminants.
