Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings has made it clear in court papers that the state wants fossil fuel companies to be held accountable for environmental harm they've caused but has no intention to attempt to regulate fuel production.
That distinction, Jennings now argues, eviscerates the companies' reasoning given in March for why the state's case against them should stay in federal court.
