The Delaware State Bar Association workers' compensation section and the Industrial Accident Board are co-sponsoring the program "Workers' Compensation Zoom Seminar," according to the DSBA website.
The webinar is scheduled to be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 4. It will include an address from the Industrial Accident Board and cover topics such as novel issues of scope and course, idiosyncratic idiopathic issues, and COVID-19 and other occupational diseases.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
