A document signed Monday by the Boy Scouts' attorneys with Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and White & Case laying out matters to be discussed at a hearing listed 119 objections to proceeding with the plan from claimants, insurers and other interested parties. The scouting organization is asking Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein to authorize solicitation of votes for the plan.
