MacElree Harvey announced that it will be merging with Delaware firm Crossland, Heinle & Bryde, effective July 1.
The merger will add five attorneys to the firm's head count: Daniel T. Crossland, a partner focused on estate planning/probate, business and real estate law; Carolina R. Heinle, a partner focused on estate planning/probate law; Danielle Sawyer, an associate focused on estate planning/probate law; Courtney D. Heinle, an of counsel focused on elder law; and Sean M. Quinn, a law clerk who will soon take the Delaware Bar Exam. They will be joined in the move by five support staff.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
