Judge William C. Carpenter Jr. of the Delaware Superior Court was awarded the Delaware State Bar Association First State Distinguished Service Award, the organization's highest honor, according to a press release.
President Judge Jan. R. Jurden presented the award at a recent ceremony. The award honors members of the Delaware Bar who advance "the ideals of citizen participation and community accomplishment."
