TransPerfect Global president and CEO Phil Shawe won't face additional contempt sanctions after wiring $1.9 million to the custodian in their long-running case in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick said at the end of a virtual hearing late Wednesday.
