The hybrid CLE is scheduled to be held from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Oct. 21 via Zoom and at the DSBA in Wilmington.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
