Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is set to host the third part for its recurring MCLE virtual series. A half-day is set to be provided of professional educational sessions on a wide range of topics, including most of the MCLE categories in California, New York, Texas and Washington, among other states.
There is set to be nine speakers, including Delaware partner Amy L. Simmerman.

The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls.
