Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick released a 27-page opinion Thursday in a case both sides have moved to dismiss.

The decision in what McCormick called “a spin-off novella of the TransPerfect saga, the background of which should be familiar to even the most casual reader of Chancery opinions,” denies TransPerfect Global Inc.’s motion to dismiss its malpractice case and grants a motion to dismiss by defendant Ross Aronstam & Moritz.
