A new shareholder suit linked to Hyzon Motors Inc. has landed in Delaware, this time in a case that takes issue with the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle company’s SPAC predecessor.

Filed in the Court of Chancery by shareholders of Decarbonization Plus Acquisition Corp., the complaint seeks class certification and claims the SPAC’s directors acted to further their own financial interests throughout the merger process at investors’ expense.
