A Los Angeles-based electric vehicle developer has been hit with a lawsuit in the District of Delaware for the second time this month.

The new derivative complaint filed against Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc., the post-SPAC product of Property Solutions Acquisitions Corp. combining with FF Intelligent Mobility Global Holdings Ltd. last year, differs from the one filed April 11 in that the list of defendants is almost entirely made up of board members of Faraday Future, rather than also including those who served as higher-ups exclusively in the SPAC itself.
