Attorneys for the group of current and former BuzzFeed employees who were sued in the Court of Chancery by the media company last week say the case could have widespread implications for employers and employees of post-SPAC Delaware companies.

It’s yet another facet of SPAC-related litigation that asks the court to determine what agreements made with a company pre-SPAC carry over to the company formed in a SPAC transaction.
