DLA Piper filed a patent infringement lawsuit Friday in Delaware District Court against Zebra Technologies, a supply-chain technology provider. The lawsuit, brought on behalf of Hand Held Products and other plaintiffs, asserts four patents related to printing technology. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00701, Hand Held Products, Inc. et al v. Zebra Technologies Corporation.
