State Farm Insurance sued Andrew Lauzon Monday in Delaware District Court. The court case, filed by Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby, seeks a judgment of $191,960.49 against defendant for negligently causing fire damage to an insured property. Attorneys have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00824, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company v. Lauzon.
