Commercial LitigationMorris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell has stepped in to represent Brian C. Bock, Jeffrey L. Cleland and other Exicure current or former officers and members of the board of directors as defendants in a pending securities lawsuit. The suit, which alleges gross mismanagement at Exicure, a clinical stage biotechnology company, was filed April 25 in Delaware District Court by Bielli & Klauder and Lifshitz Law on behalf of Stourbridge Investments LLC. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Richard G. Andrews, is 1:22-cv-00526, Stourbridge Investments LLC v. Exicure Inc. et al.
