Pilar G. Kraman and James L. Higgins of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor have entered appearances for Vizgen Inc. in a pending patent infringement lawsuit. The case, filed May 3 in Delaware District Court by Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and the Tensegrity Law Group on behalf of 10X Genomics Inc. and the President and Fellows of Harvard College, asserts five patents related to methods of making a three-dimensional matrix of nucleic acids. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Matthew F. Kennelly, is 1:22-cv-00595, 10X Genomics, Inc. et al v. Vizgen, Inc.
