Twitter filed suit against Elon Musk Tuesday afternoon, making good on its promise to fight against the Tesla and SpaceX CEO over his attempt to back out of his $44 billion purchase of the company.

Potter, Anderson & Corroon’s Peter Walsh Jr. filed the 62-page complaint, which calls Musk’s method of leaving a “model of hypocrisy” and “bad faith,” in the Delaware Court of Chancery. Attorneys with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati are representing Twitter in the suit as well. Walsh did not respond to requests for comment by press time.
