State Farm Insurance sued Michael Daniels on Tuesday in Delaware District Court over claims related to real property. The lawsuit was brought by Cozen O'Connor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00926, State Farm Fire and Casualty Company v. Daniels.
