Injective Labs, an R&D company focused on blockchain-based financial solutions, filed a cryptocurrency lawsuit Monday in Delaware District Court. The complaint seeks a declaration that Injective has no obligation to release 444,444.44 'INJ tokens' to investor Xin Wang because he allegedly failed to execute two contracts, performed no consulting work, and attempted to resell INJ tokens during restricted and lockup periods. The suit was filed by Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney and Anderson Kill. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00943, Injective Labs Inc. v. Wang.
