Attorneys at Cozen O'Connor on Wednesday removed an insurance coverage lawsuit against Endurance American Specialty Insurance Company to Delaware District Court. The suit, which pertains to the wrongful denial of coverage for vandalism and theft of real property, was filed by Flaster Greenberg on behalf of BankUnited NA. The case is 1:22-cv-00982, BankUnited, N.A. v. Endurance American Specialty Insurance Company.
