A week after Twitter and Elon Musk closed a $44 billion deal for the SpaceX and Tesla CEO to take the reins of the microblogging site, the litigation over that deal remains open.

The social media platform and its adversary turned owner have stipulated to dismissal of the Court of Chancery case Twitter filed in July, but Chancellor Kathaleen McCormick has indicated she won’t be dismissing the case while issues raised by two stockholders remain.
