ROC Merchandising sued a former employee Monday in Delaware Court of Chancery for alleged breach of a non-compete/ non-disclosure agreement. The suit, filed by Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel, accuses defendant Brittany A. Alonso of conspiring with her husband and co-defendant, Anthony R. Alonso, to form a competing business in the merchandising services sector. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2022-1025, Roc Merchandising, LLC v. Brittany A. Alonso, Anthony R. Alonso and On Task Retail LLC.
