VLSI Technology LLC and Fortress Investment Group have had their fill of U.S. District Chief Judge Colm Connolly of the District of Delaware.
After winning more than $3 billion in two patent infringement jury trials in Texas in the last two years, VLSI walked away Tuesday from its bid to add $4 billion more in Delaware.
