Sanarus, a medical company focused on breast cancer treatments, was hit with a securities lawsuit on Friday in Delaware Court of Chancery over the company's sale of assets to Hologic and proposed liquidation. The suit accuses Sanarus' top officers of mismanaging the company and failing to disclose details about the Hologic purchase. The complaint was filed by Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads on behalf of Dennis Barrier, who seeks to inspect the company's books and records. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant.
