Saudi Prince Salman bin Sultan Al Saud sued Cave Cay LP and other defendants for injunctive relief Monday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The lawsuit, which is not publicly available, was brought by Winston & Strawn and Abrams & Bayliss. The suit seeks an order preventing the defendants from retaliating against the Saudi prince for objecting to a capital call. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2023-0068-MTZ, Prince Salman Bin Sultan Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud v. Cave Cay, LP, et al.
