Marketing firm Zeta Global filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against PreciseTarget on Friday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The suit, filed by Morris James and Newman Du Wors, accuses PreciseTarget of providing useless analytics data regarding Zeta client Ralph Lauren's existing and prospective customers. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2023-0164, Zeta Global Corp. v. PreciseTarget Inc.
