An Amazon shareholder filed a derivative suit in the District of Delaware, claiming the company exploited third-party sellers through anti-competitive practices.

Yates Jr., the shareholder alleges that Jeff Bezos, Andrew Jassy and 16 other board members and executives should be held accountable for using third-party data to copy products and detract from sales that aren’t part of Amazon’s fulfillment system.
