Commercial snow removal provider Aero Snow Holdings and Tovar Snow Professionals were hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit Friday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The suit was brought by Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and Nixon Peabody on behalf of Tovar Holdings, which contends that the defendants defaulted on a $5 million promissory note, and failed to obtain consent to amend an operating agreement. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2023-0240, Jeffrey M. Tovar, et al. v. Aero Snow Holdings (De) LLC, et al.
