Lottery.com Inc. was hit with a shareholder lawsuit on Friday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The suit was filed by Ashby & Geddes and Levi & Korsinsky on behalf of Jared Polisher and Peter Feuerer, who seek to inspect books and records in connection with the company’s acquisition by Trident Acquisitions. According to the complaint, Trident withheld material information about legal non-compliance and internal auditing issues prior to the merger. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2023-0242, Polisher et al. v. Lottery.com Inc.
