District of Delaware judges continued to manage one of the heaviest securities caseloads in the country in 2022, but not by the wide margins they’ve held in recent years, according to a securities litigation report released Thursday by Lex Machina.

Legal data expert Laura Hopkins said the district is likely to continue becoming a slightly less active securities venue as more time separates the swell of federal filings that followed the Court of Chancery decision in Trulia shareholder litigation.
