AdaptHealth and Med Star Surgical and Breathing Equipment Inc. were hit with a breach-of-contract lawsuit Thursday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The court case was filed by Halloran Farkas & Kittila on behalf of Choice Medical Acquisitions Inc. The suit seeks to recover more than $12.5 million from the defendants' breaches of a membership interest purchase agreement. The case is 2023-0666-, Choice Medical Acquisitions, Inc. v.
